THE DIVINE CALL/DIVINE MANDATE

The Divine Call for the setting up of Christina Leadership Skills Inc. came in Sept. 1994.
Rev. Albert O. Aina was in morning prayers/devotion getting ready to go to work. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Alaryn Management Ltd (a Management Training Consulting Organisation).

The Word of God came to him saying, “THE SAME THING YOU ARE GIVING TO THE BUSINESS WORLD, PACKAGE IT AND GIVE TO MY CHURCH, BEGINNING WITH THE BIBLE, MY WORD”.

THREE-FOLD MANDATE
When I waited further in an enquiry mood, the Divine Mandate was further conveyed as follows:
•  Empower the Business people for Me
•  Raise for Me quality leaders
•  Give youth a sense of purpose and achievement 

MODE OF OPERATION
Christian Leadership Skills Inc (CLS) is the corporate vehicle for the execution of the three fold mandate. CLS was set up in 1994, same day that the mandate was delivered. CLS was subsequently incorporated as a Limited Liability Company.

The Christian Leadership Skills Inc conducts seminars and workshops and conferences. CLS has conducted courses on several major and medium-sized churches in mainline denomination and independent churches.

Rev. Aina and CLS have been invited to minister at Foursquare Gospel Churches, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Assemblies of God Churches, Gospel Faith Missions, Baptist Churches, Total Gospel Bible Church, Mountain of Fire and Miracles, Daystar Christian Centre, Rhema Christian Churches, Rhema Chapel, All Saints Anglican Churches, Matthew Ashimolowo Media Ministries (Mathyson Bookshops), Harvesters Faith Bible Churches and several National and International Conferences.
